If you’re looking for a peaceful, quiet place to get away from it all, this is your spot. I’ve stayed at this cozy cabin multiple times and always experience a refreshing time of relaxation. If you love the outdoors, you’ll love Off the Beaten Path, with its huge back porch, fire pit, creek, and hiking paths.

Off the Beaten Path is a wonderful cabin in the woods by a beautiful stream. Pat is an amazing host and the house has everything that you need for a relaxing stay. The coffee bar is a great touch. We grilled a wonderful dinner and the kitchen is well appointed. The furniture is comfortable and the house is immaculate. We had a wonderful time and cannot wait to come back.

We have stayed here after Christmas for a Little getaway the last four years and really enjoy the place. Like the new floor in the living room / kitchen area. It’s always super clean. We really enjoy having the wood heater to mess with while we are there. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a little quiet and peaceful time.

Nice cabin in the absolute middle of nowhere surround by only a running stream and your thoughts. Our kids kept count: From our back porch we saw a bear, 11 deer and countless wild turkeys during our weekend stay. The hosts even left us milk, orange juice and cereal for our children's breakfast. Nearby Floyd is a hidden gem, filled with nice shops, a winery and many bluegras music venues. We will be retuning!
