Cedar Run Cottage by Buffalo Mountain Getaway

What a sweet surprise! We absolutely loved our stay,Everything was perfect!

If you are looking for a beautiful, peaceful secluded place to hide away from the world, this is it. A private, lovely little house nestled in the woods. I sat in the rocker on the porch and watched the leaves fall for most of my stay. In the evening, I sat and watched the deer eat. They paid no attention to me at all. Buffalo Mountain Getaway was quick to respond to questions and gave you everything you would need for your stay. I was so impressed with everything about this place and would highly recommend it.

We stayed one night at the Cedar Run Cottage and were so impressed by the accommodations and hospitality! The cottage is nestled in the woods and surrounded by trees and wildlife. The inclusion of breakfast items was also a great touch. We hope to return again soon!

Clean and Serene. Perfect little house in the center of nowhere. The only drawback is having to leave.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cedar Run Cottage. The amenities in the cottage were in excellent condition- everything from the linens to the decor. Can't say enough about the double showerheads in the shower and the extra fluffy towels in the bathroom! The cottage is tucked back off the road, so it was quiet and peaceful, as well as private. It was easy to just relax, both inside with tv, books, or a game, or outside in a chair on the deck. We opted to use the kitchen to do a little cooking for ourselves, and really appreciated that it was well stocked with all of the typical appliances, pans, and essentials. We ended up needing to run to the store for a food item and appreciated that there was a store less than 10 mins away. We also spent part of the day at Fairy Stone State Park, hiking, playing in the water, and looking for fairy stones. We really liked that this was close by. We loved how quiet and peaceful our stay was at the cottage and would definitely stay here again!
